跑步真的好累(尤其對游泳選手來說),膝蓋腳踝每跑每痛,而且還只能繼續用腿前進!反看游泳,除了有水幫你把身體浮起來之外還可以手腳併用的前進。我愛游泳,沒有之二了。

My 4th year of NTU Marathon, time really flies! I remember my first year trying SO hard and I had to stop myself from puking after the race (luckily I got first place too HA). Honestly I feel like running is the hardest thing to do for a swimmer. Your leg muscles get all cramped and it's super easy to get your ankles and knees hurt... AND all you can do is keep running! At least in swimming you get to get your arms cramped too.... So🤣 guess that's better?
